With this we provide pre-construction services for drawing review, budget and schedule development, value engineering, as well as, identifying lead time or constructability issues.  This provides valuable benefits to a project’s planning phase, all while creating an environment of collaboration between the project owner, design team, and ourselves.

Our team of construction professionals carefully watch our client’s interests of budget and timeframe from beginning to end.  Each project is managed by AHCC direct Project Managers and Superintendents who are further supported by Project Engineers and secondary field staff depending on each project’s needs.  Our senior leadership is also actively involved throughout a project’s lifespan and regularly attend project meetings, site visits, and assist with project turnovers.  Through the efforts of our dedicated staff and along with our network of skilled trade partners we are able to deliver the highest quality projects. 

All of our projects are run with our innovative Construction Management Software, Procore.  Our management system and software allows our clients, architects, and any other interested project stakeholder to be involved in the building process like never before.  It streamlines all the moving parts of a fast paced tenant build out, and neatly organizes them to keep all parties informed of the project’s status from anywhere and on any device.

Post Construction

The close out process of a project can prove to be as daunting as any element of the construction.  We have taken great pride in streamlining our approach and finishing projects in the right way.  All final submissions including certificates of occupancy, lien releases, reports, warranties, as-builts, and manuals are presented in a complete and timely manner.
